Home Page Problems

1. After my fresh install, I have problems with the home page. I do not have all the options under customize:

2. I do not like the way the home page now operates. That is, if I have the home page open as default, then everytime I close all resources the home page magically slides into place. This is very annoying. I have now turned the home page OFF.

    Don't know...  Mine didn't load at all until it had indexed everything new, but after it did, it seemed like all the sections were there.  It seemed like there were fewer book exerpts as well as old blog posts than there were with Beta 6 earlier today, but it seemed about as functional as before...

    Damian, it looks like you might not be online, because all of the features that are missing are the ones that use the internet.

    Thanks Jacob. I was not online. I don't know how I set Use Internet to No. It's very strange, because the program told me that there were updates available. I updated. But, I was offline.

    Anyway. All is well.

    Except that my preferences for the home page have been overridden again - all sorts of blog posts showing up.
