Missing Resource!

Have just successfully downloaded a newly available resource ("The First Bible of the Church") to my Logos 4 Mac programme which has been added to my library- but I have had problems doing the same to my Window 7 version (run on MacBook with Parallels 6). It appeared to download OK when I run the Windows programme (via the 'Update Resources' command) but when I restarted the programme as requested, the item was not added to the Logos library. When I now try the 'Update Resources' command in Logos (Windows Version) I am getting 'No updates available'. I have not had any problems of this nature in the past.

Would appreciate suggestions as to how I can resolve this.

I wonder if it is stuck in the Downloaded folder (\Logos4\Data\o1kqeitm.ypj\ResourceManager\Downloaded)? The folder should normally be empty. Also try restarting L4 and the command Update Now.

If you installed Logos in the default location, it's under C:\Users\{your-user-name}\Logos4.

Thanks - now located \Logos4......

The o1kqeitm file is not in the location you suggested - running a search on C drive has not located it - and 'update now' hasn't solved it. Any further suggestions?

It's a folder and it will be different for you! I should have stated it as a {random name} because it is a jumble of letters and numbers. If there is nothing in the \Downloaded folder then you need to get the resource from the Mac \Resources folder (also under \Logos4), put it into a folder accessible to the Windows system and then type in the Command bar:

scan <resourcefolder> ==> the path to the folder

and restart L4.
