To upgrade to Beta 2 now, use the "Update Now" command if you’ve switched to the beta channel before, or the "Set Update Channel to Beta" command if you're on a stable version (such as 4.1 SR-4 or 4.2). Looking at Beta Channel RSS feeds, noticed 4.2a Beta 2 released for PC, but not yet released for Mac.
Wiki release notes indicate same version released for both platforms - wondering how much time lag to expect for simultaneous releases ?
