Notes not showing up for every translation

If I create a Note in ESV - it doesn't show up in the NLT or AMP version. There seems to be inconsistencies as to which Notes will display or not. I tried re-launching Logos thinking that it had to re-synch the Notes at startup - but that was not a fix. Any clues? I know there is much discussed about the Notes feature and I haven't been following all of the threads - so if this is old news - sorry about that.

    Are these notes connected with the verse reference or with the selection? If connected with the selection, they will only show an icon in the original resource. If attached to the reference, they will show in all resources which have the verse indexed II (i.e., commentaries, Bibles, Bible notes).
