Visual Filter

Is there someway to use Visual Filter to find the subject of a Scripture or sentence? Looking at the post
Logos asks, what do you wish you could search for, but can't? and thought something that looks as simple as this and comparing it to some of the sophisticated things that the above is supposed to do this might already be on board. Thanks for all the reply |

What do you mean by 'subject'?

Mark should I say subject of the Verb? I am not whiz at Grammar or syntax and can find most subjects of verbs but in some cases i have to question my choice
Thanks Mark

In which case the answer is 'no', I'm afraid, because you can't create visual filters from syntax searches. Perhaps you should suggest that functionality if you think it would be helpful.

Actually, that sounds like a good idea!

There IS one current way to do it....it's a bit of a work around but it worked fine.
Open up the Lexham syntactic Greek testament Expansions and annotations.
Go to a verse with a word marked "syntactic force: subject"
Highlight that phrase...and choose "search this resource"
then after the results of the search are in....choose..."make filter" and you are there!
EDITED TO ADD: this isn't exactly what you wanted but....I hope it helps...
