New Logos 4 Installation Failure

The Lord provided me a new laptop with Windows 7 for Christmas. I have Logos 4.2 running very well on a Vista machine and remembering how long it took to index the Platinum collection not to mention the 4.2 upgrade, I decided to start this week hoping my the end of the week I'd have the newer and faster computer to use. So far, my trusty Vista (did I ever think I'd use the word "trusty" with VIsta?) is working fine and my new installation is stalled:

I'm stalled on version 4.0. Update Resources doesn't work because Logos won't stay up for more than a few minutes before automatically shutting down.
Upon starting Logos, error message that "Indexing has stopped...." but it never starts indexing again.
According to the Windows Performance monitor, all four cores are running at over 90% when Logos is running so it's trying to do something.

Attached are the two log files from this morning's episode. Any help would be appreciated in moving forward.

Meanwhile, back to my other computer to work on the study of Matthew...

I believe I had this same problem with 4.0 - would crash after a couple of minutes. I think the easiest fix is to download the 4.2 installer:

http://downloads.logos.com/LBS4/Installer/Logos4Setup.exe

With Logos *not* running, run that installer. Note that it's a bootstrap installer, so it will download ~40MB to complete the installation. Note also that for Windows 7 you should not run the installer with elevated privileges. It will work, but then you'll get errors when Logos applies updates.
