Three web sites - what is each one intended for i.e. what is the expectation of how Logos users will use each one and from where?
The first site was Bible.Logos.com, it was a way for Logos to gain experience publishing Bibles to the Internet.
Then came library.logos.com which did the same for the other books in Logos' catalog
Finally, there came Biblia where they are pouring all of their efforts now, apply the lessons learned from the first two sites. Logos has said that they are keeping the first two up for now but they are not being developed further. So, use Bible and Library if you like but don't expect them to stick around forever.
