Help needed - Is NRSV ENG-GRK InterLinear NT Missing?
Do the rest of you have the L3 resource: "The NRSV English-Greek Interlinear New Testament" in L4?
I don't (although I have it in L3).
Should I have it?
IF I should have it in L4, can I just copy the L3 resource file into the L4 Resource Drawer?
and IF I do this will I (in L4) also need to "scan" etc or "update all"?
Looking forward to hearing from someone...
Thanks
Steve

It's integrated directly into the NRSV. There should be a button that says, "Interlinear" on the standard NRSV.

First, Mike, thank you for showing this to me.
NOTE TO DESIGNERS: There are times when the "interlinear" message is NOT visible ie. if the "window" is too "narrow."
Sad note: This is now another of these "ribbon" things. (No, I'm not a fan of Office 2007). If I can't get used to it I may just have to keep using L3 for this feature.
Anyways, thanks again Mike for the explanation of how this works. I've been fiddling with it for some time...I was sure there was a file missing (well I guess there was...)

OK - good news - I've found a few (but they are original language) in L4 that have not yet been ribbonized. But both the Engllsh ones (ESV & NRSV) only appear as ribbons now (in Interlinears) which almost defeats the purpose. -- ... and yes, I'm very aware that some of you really don't like these no matter how they may appear!

More good news. Bob has heard the cry from enough users to look into changes in future versions, e.g. allowing you to see the ribbon or the old underneath style. however it will be integrated into each version. For instance there will not be a NKJV interlinear and an NKJV Normal. There will just be a single NKJV with several interlinear viewing options.

I missed that post, thanks Philip, It's always hard to know what has and what hasn't been written about -- even with searching, there are so many posts about this subject that I never knew that Logos had responded..

I like the ribbon too -- it's a helpful way for a quick look at the Greek while I'm reading the English. My only issue that the numberings become useless - but having an option will fix that.

I missed that post, thanks Philip,
The following was posted by Bob. Guess its only for the ESV as of now....
We've heard the cry for restored "full window" reverse interlinear.
In order to avoid an essentially duplicated resource (which will
clutter up Library and search results) we're looking to offer this as
an optional display in the ESV -- you can turn on the ribbon below, as
well as turn on whatever lines you'd like in the main display area. This bit of code may not make the initial 4.0 release, which is on a
tight schedule, but it's high on our priority list for following

The original post (http://community.logos.com/forums/p/2076/17875.aspx#17875) was on a thread about the ESV, which is probably why Bob singled out that version. There would be no reason (once the "full view" feature is implemented) that it would be limited to just the ESV; it should be designed to work with any reverse interlinear. (Although mixing left-to-right and right-to-left scripts in the LXX/BHS reverse interlinear would be tricky, to say the least...)

And I hope that full pop up descriptions for the "alphabet soup" that is the morph codes is implimented; I spend a lot of time trying to figure out what RP3ASM means under a word! [:O]
