For your consideration - Biblical Places/Things/People Zoom for Tablet
I am sure this request is not going to be helpful for the majority nevertheless it would be greatly helpful for tablet users.
It would be great to have some alternative for wheel scrolling to Zoom in/out on a tablet for these Resources (mostly for maps). [Biblical Places/Things/People]
While in a class and in tablet mode, I cannot functionally use these resources without being able to zoom in and out of the map.
1. Ideally a zoom bar would be great. It could be anywhere in the window.
2. Secondarily a keystroke like CTRL++ (Zoom in) and CTRL+- (Zoom out) which could then be assigned to a pen flick. Downside is that there are a limited number of pen flick options.
3. I do have a touch screen so for Windows 7 the use of finger pinch would also be good but that would not work for those that do not have a touch screen which currently is most tablet users.
Today, during a Bible lesson and in tablet mode, I wanted to quickly look at a location and got there, but could not zoom into the map to get a better idea of the relationships to other cities. I need to zoom in a little more.
The Actual Size and Fit buttons are close to being helpful but come short. It would be nice to be able to have a little more control than these two buttons give.
