Dear Sir/Mdm,
My hard disk ran out of space while Logos was updating its resources. As a result it was not able to complete the installation of the downloaded resources. An error message ensued upon every opening of the application. In time past, I could delete the application and reinstall Logos. This time both the installation disk and downloaded core engine didn't work. I am not able to open Logos without it crashing. Please help

PS Incidentally, the checkout of my purchases on the logos website has been erratic for the longest time (since slightly before the implementation of the new web interface). Most times I am not able to bring the purchase to the second billing step without having it constantly returning to the checkout step. Occasionally, when I re-login the shopping basket is empty which makes me think the purchases are not registered. Please help as well. Thank you.
