Unable to reinstall Logos after deleting

Dear Sir/Mdm,
My hard disk ran out of space while Logos was updating its resources. As a result it was not able to complete the installation of the downloaded resources. An error message ensued upon every opening of the application. In time past, I could delete the application and reinstall Logos. This time both the installation disk and downloaded core engine didn't work. I am not able to open Logos without it crashing. Please help
PS Incidentally, the checkout of my purchases on the logos website has been erratic for the longest time (since slightly before the implementation of the new web interface). Most times I am not able to bring the purchase to the second billing step without having it constantly returning to the checkout step. Occasionally, when I re-login the shopping basket is empty which makes me think the purchases are not registered. Please help as well. Thank you.

Logos 4 needs adequate disk space - requirements page show resource sizes for various packages => http://www.logos.com/mac/support/systemrequirements - good idea to have twice the amount of space free on hard drive - for indexing.
Console Messages has an error message: Google SoftwareUpdateAgent crash => No space left on device - need to free up several GB's of space on startup disk => http://www.thexlab.com/faqs/freeingspace.html or upgrade to larger hard drive.
Noticed Indexer.log has older Mac 4.0b SR-1 version. Console Messages has Logos message "The database schema (16) is newer than the latest schema recognized by this code (15). The database cannot be opened." - need to delete Logos 4 Mac application and install Logos 4 Mac 4.0b SR-2 - can download from http://www.logos.com/logos4mac

Thanks! It didn't work the first time I tried it but nothing beats a reboot and the installation went without a hitch after rebooting my Mac. Thanks again.
