NIV 11 download

Just FYI, but I had noticed that I had not gotten the NIV 11, so I called Logos.  The reason was that my upgrade to Logos 4 was still a LE package, rather then the KF package, thus no NIV 11.  It was free to upgrade, but anyone who has the NIV 84 as part of a package but has not received the 2011, you might verify that your package is correct.
