Bug: Links not working in Pocket Dictionary of Apologetics and Philosophy of Religion

Under the entry: Predestination only one (foreknowledge, divine -- only foreknowledge is blue and linking) of the See Also: entries is an active hot link (free will, providence and sovereignty do not). This may be because the resource is not fully optimized or it may be a typo I should report, not sure.
