Use of Resources in Information Panel
How do open a different resource in the Information panel when I hover over, or select a word in a Bible verse?
Thank you.

What I've found is you have to move the mouse/pointer quickly over to the info panel then click on the title (or abbreviation) at the end of the entry or on the "blue" name of the resource in the entry there. If you move the mouse slowly the info panel will change to another word.
Does that help?

It depends what you have in your Prioritize list or system defaults will apply. The same applies when you right click a word, except you get a choice of up to 5 resources for your lookup. Your Prioritize list should contain 5 of each different type:
5 x English bibles
5 x English dictionaries (or Bible dictionaries) for English words
5 x Greek lexicons
5 x Hebrew lexicons
etc
[Hope I answered the Q as you intended].

I did not phrase my question accurately. What I am trying to find out is whether the list of resources that appear in the Information Panel when you hover over a word in a verse can be expanded. Specifically, I would like to have Strong's Enhanced Lexicon appear or be included (as it does in the popup in L3).
So what I really need to know is whether there is a way to manipulate the window pane with some type of control (button, drop-down menu, etc.) to include different resources to appear in the Information Panel than those that currently do so by default. Or, give consideration to something similar to that being made available in an update some time following the upcoming release. I realize there is a list of choices when you right click on the word. I am looking for the ability to determine what appears in that dialog box and/or the Information Panel when I click on the word or hover over it. When I think about it, my question is a personal plea for something that others have discussed for some time, the choice of what is or is not viewable on the screen and greater control over available resources. A lot to ask considering how much has already been done!

There is much to be desired with the content of various tools and the lack of control, specifically Cited By, Power Lookup and Information which many consider to be very poor relations of what was available in L3. The workaround is to re-prioritize some of your resources and you may have to restrict some resources from being a keylink for Strong's numbers if they are ranked higher than Enhanced Strong's!

Well in that case I suggest we have a real Strongs KJV Bible. Get rid of the English and list only the Strongs number :-)

Phil,
There's an old song, you're probably too young to know it , and many here would have not been allowed to hear it as it is was put out by Elvis , but it is appropriate here:
Don't be cruel, to a heart that's true . . . [:D]

Don't be cruel?
George can take it...in fact..I have it on good authority that Logos is going to release the GSV in V4.1
Featuring ONLY the English text and Strongs numbers!

There was obviously more to your responses than there was to my concern. I'll have to catch up on what George has had to offer. Thanks Dave for your specific response and to all the rest for the smiles. Anyone got a snow shovel? Mile Hi Coffee and Hot Chocolate right here!

O, I thought I saw it already in the prepub, having past the "gathering interest" faze in just hours and "under construction" already [H] It might mean George got converted eventually... [:)]

Yes, who needs the English when you have the Strong's number? The English is just a crutch.

Does a (Colorado?) Blizzard allow you more time to "play" with Logos?
Let some "kid" do the shoveling -- Keep beta-testing!
