Logos 4 Indexer has stopped working

After downloading updates this morning, I see upon rebooting the computer, I get this message "Logos Bible software 4 Indexer has stopped working.

Accidently, I rebooted the machine when indexing and didn't notice it was doing so. Now I get this message after rebooting twice. Your advice will be much appreciated as to fixing this. Thanks!

Please enable Logging (http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging) and upload your logs (http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs) so we can take a look.

Tom,

Your error message ("Unable to merge non-skiplist index with skiplist index") has come up a few times today. Entering the command rebuild index is the suggested way to solve it: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/30549.aspx

Thank you Thomas for your reply, as to the others. I've clicked on the first site you mention, and I get "Diagnostic Logging" ----- nothing happening other than that to my knowledge. I clicked on the second site you gave, and I get "Uploading logs" --- but again, nothing seems to be happening.

Now as you probably guess(ed) - I've not done this before, so it's all new to me. Obviously I'm doing something awry. 

Also, I restarted Logos and typed in "rebuilt index" - I got the message right below the *command bar* "First time indexing underway" --- then it downloaded another 48 meg file - I'm presently at 11% indexing. Further advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

If you haven't yet installed that 48MB download, go ahead and do that, as 4.2a SR-1 contains a fix for the indexer crash that some users are getting.
