It has become unbearably long to input passages into the Passage List. (10 to 20 seconds for each passage).
The "compact" view also does not seem to be working. I can't change it from the "full" view.

I'm afraid you'll need to post this in the Mac forum. There are several errors in your logs that will need a Mac specialist to diagnose.

Logos4.log file shows many synchronization errors - wondering about restarting Mac - then launch Logos 4 - open 3 resources - scrolling up and down in each - then sync:
open 1.0.351
open 1.0.710
open LOGOSUBS4INT
sync now
Also noticed error: Logos Bible Software 4[655:207] Error: Copy Bible Verses to the Pasteboard failed.
Later error: Logos Bible Software 4[655:207] <Selector: 0x50380500> ERROR: itemControllerGenerator is nil [Check itemControllerGenerator connection]
Appears after preferences for 1.0.710 (ESV) retrieved.

Are you running the latest release 4.2a SR-1? We made some pretty big speed improvements to Passage List in the 4.2a releases.
