easiest way to transfer PDF files to ipad?

Is there an easier way to transfer/save PDF files to ipad, other than via itunes? I spent about 2 hours struggling with that yesterday, till I gave up trying to follow the manual instructions and eventually found something that worked - only I don't know if I could do it again... Huh?

I always just email it to myself. The from the iPod touch I go to the email hold down on the attachment until some options appear and select " open with iBook"

I already have dropbox Unfortunately the forum member who recommended it didn't make it clear enough that I could have upped his allowance by mentioning that I had been referred by him - and now I've got it, I can't help you up your allowance either. hopefully the Lord in his generosity will repay you for your help.

Does anyone know if there's an antivirus for ipad? Would Jing work on ipad? Probably not....

Dropbox is indeed the best storage solution, but may I also suggest GoodReader for reading them. It now comes with support for Dropbox built in, so you can open files from Dropbox, and also save into your Dropbox as well. I don't remember how much it costs but its WAY better then iBooks for reading PDFs.

I agree with Zachary, Good Reader is great. I love being able to highlight or make comments my notes or whatever I'm reading.

I use Dropbox to move files of all kinds from one computer/device to another. I use it mostly for PDFs. It just works!
