Any one know the earliest book written teaching about dispensations and the crowns and rewards (excluding the Apostle Paul's writings)

That very quickly becomes a theological question. If you view James as early (which I do), Ja 1:12 combines the final trials with the promised crown, identifying Jesus as the source.
Actually 'the Lord' was the source in Ja 1:12 which if early could equally be YHWH overlayed in the LXX.
