Upgrade display still broken

It has been I believe more than 3 months since the broken upgrade display on logos.com has been reported, yet it still has not been fixed.
I have Platinum and when i click the upgrade button to see what i would get with Portfolio, 90% of the resources highlighted as being books i would get, are already in my Platinum Package.
Does Logos not want people to upgrade? How can this not be an issue that should have been fixed months ago?

I haven't counted, so I can't confirm your 90% number, though I also have Platinum.
However, I notice that everything marked "New" is highlighted, except the NIV 2011 and NIV Reverse Interlinears (?), regardless of which package it's in. This makes me think that it's designed for those who have a previous version of Logos and want to upgrade to Logos4.
The only thing that isn't "New" that I don't have is HALOT (which is true and marked correctly). There are many "New" items that are only in Portfolio, but they are all together with the other stuff.
We were assured, early on, that the results on this comparison page are not entirely accurate, but that the dollar amount is. I'm not sure this is still the case, but I wouldn't buy an upgrade from a current L4 package without talking with a salesperson to be sure I'm getting the best deal.
Of course, you're right. This should have been fixed a long time ago.
