I love the series, but I'll have to pass on the prepub. I might get it later on through my sales man or maybe for christmas. I just finished a study on 1 Corinthians, so I won't be presenting it at least for a few months. I may get it when I'm ready to do a full re-exposition on the Veil (1 Cor. 11), the Lord's Supper (1 Cor. 11:23ff) and Marriage (1 Cor. 7) especially an exegesis of 1 Cor. 7:15. For now, I'll wait, unless Mark wants to buy it for me as a b-day present...LOL [:P]

This one has had some pretty good reviews which convinced me to order it too - esp as WBC lacks 1 Cor (& Acts).

PS: We are so blessed (and spoiled) to have so many resources in English. I wish my brothers and sisters in S. America, Asia, E.Europe, Africa, Middle East, etc,. could have all these resources in Logos 4 in their languages too.

Why the discrimination against Western, Southern and Northern Europe? Any particular reason we don't deserve resources in our languages? Or are we supposed to be the etc's?

No discrimination intended. All of Europe should be included too. However, my original thought was to only mention Asia, since I believe more Christians reside there than in any other regions of the world.

Wherever did you get that idea? Asians tend to be Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists or Atheists, rarely Christians. Wikipedia lists:
- Americas 804 million Christians
- Europe 551 million Christians
- Africa 482 million Christians
- Asia 278 million Christians
- Oceania 26 million Christians

I'm a little disappointed with some of the explanations on certain passages, but hey, the fact that they are scholars doesn't mean they are right, right? Anyway, good information over all, so in spite of some of the childish explanation and bias assumptions I will still keep it around. I have made it a goal to complete the series even though, thus far, this is the only volume that has kind of disappointed me.
