See my reply on your other post on the same subject. BTW: Since you ask about the cheapest way, I think Logos 4 for MAC is free; when it was first developed under the Libronix platform (Commonly called L3), there was a charge for the MAC edition.

Like Logos 4 Mac, the initial Logos for Mac is now free => http://www.logos.com/product/4504/logos-bible-software-for-mac-122 (lacked many Libronix 3 features on Mac).
Observation: other thread has couple links posted for downloading current Logos 4 Mac stable version.

Yes, Logos 4.2a on Mac is close to feature parity with Windows. Wiki http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Mac has:
