I guess Logos is extracting the "About [author]" section from the
print edition or the publisher's sales promotion - but every now and
then it would be better if Logos double-checked these informations, at
least for new Logos titles.
In this case, Volkmar Fritz is not "Professor of Old Testament", nor is
he "Director of the Deutschen Evangelischen Instituts fur
Altertumswissenschaft des Heiligen Landes" (by the way, correct German
would be: "Deutsches Evangelisches Institut für Altertumswissenschaft
des Heiligen Landes") - he was. That's because he died back in 2007."
