how do I vote for march madness???

I've been hunting round a millionb web pages and have not yet found out how to vote.  Am I stupid?  Or have they not made it easy to find?

Peace to my Logos enthusiastic colleagues!

           I voted too late on round one and I see the results --  am now trying to vote on round two; however, the site keep taking me back to round one voting.

                   Any ideas?

It says round 1, but it's really round 2.  Round 2 has 8 books per category, while round 1 had 16 per category.
