Logos 4 for Mac crashes on startup

I recently purchased the Logos 4 upgrade for the Mac. When I ran it for the first time it asked me to enter my Logos username and password, and after doing so, it immediately crashed. When I try opening it again, it just "crashes" or opens and quits immediately.
Sufficed to say, is there anyone at Logos I can email my log file to? I tried calling support, but they were little help as, unbeknownst to me, support is not offered on the Mac version yet.

You can post your log file here (as part of your forum post) using the options button in the posting page.
