Hi.
Logos 4 prerequisites doesn't want to install when I try to update Logos 4. I have not had previous problems updating. Do you have any advice. I have a 32 bit Windows 7 operating system.

Please clarify "doesn't want to install" eg. what message are you getting?
Also read About logs and Installation/update problems in http://wiki.logos.com/Windows_Troubleshooting
The logs you need to upload include PrerequisitesInstall.log and Logos4setup.log if available.
