Installation with .net 3.5 not working

My .net 3.5 framework is not working properly. I get transparent windows forms (can see right thru them like a window). I have uninstalled and re-installed .net 3.5 and 3.5 SP1 multiple times. I cannot seem to figure out why this is happening. I have .net 4 on my machine as well and other apps allow me to target the 4.0 framework. I attempted this trick with Logos to no avail.
I've looked everywhere for solutions, i figured i'd ask the logos forum to see if anyone out there has experienced this or knows how to troubleshoot .net framework issue.
Using Vista Business 32 bit on Dell Optiplex 755 if that really matters.
I've run netfxverifier and that comes back A ok.
Thanks and God bless!

I cannot help you with your .net3.5 issues, but I do know that the current version of L4 was designed to run on 3.5. This is because there are bugs with 4.0 that will not allow L4 to run properly.

thank you tom for the response. I got that vibe from some of the other posts.
I am in the process of completely removing all .net stuff and starting fresh...hopefully something gets shaken loose

Why are you convinced it is .NET? Is L4 the only .NET application with transparent windows?
For .NET re-installation see http://community.logos.com/forums/p/30141/223127.aspx#223127

I do some C# development and the projects I've started to target .NET 3.5 are also transparent windows. So I'm fairly certain its .Net 3.5.

For anyone with same problem, turns out I found out what happend. I am using a Triton USB Video "card" to add a 3rd monitor to my setup. As soon as I unplugged the USB video card, Logos started displaying properly. Logos and one other program had this problem, so I didn't think anything of the USB display device. I was able to use .NET 4 for the other app, and that fixed it.
I am updating the drivers for the USB device to see if they have resolved this. Otherwise, I'll just have to unplug while I use Logos.
FYI, the Triton USB Video card is quite nice, but a little jerky in certain applications. Can't wait until they come out with USB 3.0 version. So handy to add multiple monitors (many with USB hub if desired.)
