L4-Locked Resources

I used to take advantage of locked resources to mine the digital search power, with my access to a theological paper paper library to do research. Is there any way of taking advantage of locked resources anymore?

You should probably keep L3 for this. I don't know of any way to do this with L4, since users can no longer download books directly.

With L4, you would not even have "Locked" Resources installed, it only installs what you own, which is nice in the sense of not having wasted disk space, but does not help your desire. Keeping L3 is the only way to continue what you are looking to do.
