RC Sproul Digital Library

I just received the above CD from another source and managed to get the books (inclusive of Evangelical Commentary on the Bible & Evangelical Dictionary of Biblical Theology..) in Libronix. I have synchronised all the licenses.. however these resources did not show up in my Logos 4. Any advice please..

Sorry if this sounds too basic, but have you tried "Update Now" or Sync Now en Logos 4.

Or have you closed Logos 4 and restarted it?

If Tom's suggestion does not work, try scanning the CD with the Scan {Resource Path} (- finds unlocked books in a folder or on a disk) command. I have used that to import books from Libronix CDs in the past. Interesting thing, once the resources are scanned, the updated Logos 4 versions have always downloaded the next time I restart Logos 4.

When I read this Logos blog from 2009 the list of titles does not include either book you are looking for. It is possible these did not carry over from that Libronix 2 collection into the Libronix 3 collection. I do know for sure both titles are available now in Logos 4 format. (I have them.) But I bought lots of Nelson eBible collections & the Baker Bytes collections so I am not sure which license it entered my library under.

There is no way to manually download a specific resources for Logos 4 until the license is in your account. You may need to ask Customer Service what is going on with these two titles. It could be as small as bad files or downloading. We are told we do not have to repurchase any title we have regardless of new file formatting.

edit: I just checked the contents on CBD's product description page and it does indeed contain both of those titles in the license. Try Tom & Robert's suggestions a couple times. If that doesn't work I'd give Customer Service a call: (800) 875-6467

If you have the receipt you can email it customer support, they will unlock the books for you. I did that recently. Sure a lot quicker and easier.

At last the Logos team refreshed and re-activated the RC Sproul Digital Library, now they are all in Logos 4.
