Sorry if this sounds too basic, but have you tried "Update Now"  or Sync Now en Logos 4.

Or have you closed Logos 4 and restarted it?

When I read this Logos blog from 2009 the list of titles does not include either book you are looking for. It is possible these did not carry over from that Libronix 2 collection into the Libronix 3 collection. I do know for sure both titles are available now in Logos 4 format.  (I have them.) But I bought lots of Nelson eBible collections & the Baker Bytes collections so I am not sure which license it entered my library under.

There is no way to manually download a specific resources for Logos 4 until the license is in your account. You may need to ask Customer Service what is going on with these two titles. It could be as small as bad files or downloading. We are told we do not have to repurchase any title we have regardless of new file formatting.

edit: I just checked the contents on CBD's product description page and it does indeed contain both of those titles in the license.  Try Tom & Robert's suggestions a couple times. If that doesn't work I'd give Customer Service a call: (800) 875-6467

Same here, I just knew I had the resources, could be to various unlocks[:D]
