Only 25 out of 700+ books in Library
Hi, am a new iPad 2 user on L4. I have 700+books but I can only see about 25 of them in my library. Can anyone tell me what might be happening? It appeared alright when I first installed it 2 days ago. This morning, I realised that most of them are 'gone'.

On the bottom right, click on more, then click on accounts, and see if it shows your are signed into your Logos account. It should say Signed in.
(Of course also make sure you have a wifi signal or 3g)

On Library screen, wonder if anything typed in beside magnifying glass in upper right ? (filters library list)

Do you own one of the Logos base packages? I think that is required to get many of your books on the iPad.

Hi, am using the Leader's Library. I run Logos 4.2 on another laptop with 752 books in it. Although I did not actually do the counting, it appeared alright when I first installed the Apple App onto my new iPad 2 days ago. I have tried switching off, locking in again and again but to no avail.

One other thing you might check. On the library page, at the top center it says library and recent books. Make sure library is the one on.

Hi, actually I don't quite get what you were saying. Anyway, there is nothing type on the right hand corner.
Logos application on iPad can filter Library titles like Logos 4 application on Mac and PC. Looking at my iPad, had typed history, so my list of library books was filtered.
An unfiltered Library on iPad has "Find Books" in grey font next to magnifying glass.
Wonder if recently changed Logos.com account password ? (personally puzzled by library showing 25 books)
By the way, wiki has http://wiki.logos.com/Using_the_Forum with forum usage tips, including how to include quote(s) in a reply.

Hmm. think we are getting so leads now.
When I go to 'more', I see 'History', 'Preferred Bible', Account' and 'About.'. I notice now that the list of book in my Library is the same as the one under 'History'.
I do not see ANY magnifying glass in the Library page.
I have deleted all the books under History but it makes no difference to my Library list.
I have no clue what is happening.

On Library page, please tap "Library" at top of screen. Magnifying glass should appear on the right.
Observation: on Library page, when "Recent Books" has been tapped, magnifying glass disappears.

The reason your not seeing the magnifying glass is because you are on recent books on the library page. Tap where it says library at the top center and all your books will come back and you will see the magnifying glass in the upper right side.

Hi guys. Thousand apologies. Mystery solved. It is my fault. I got mixed up between the "Library' and 'Recent Books' button on top. I was misled and just realised that the one that has a darker background is the 'active' one - it has the 'magnifying glass' on the right.
I feel so stupid now to have posted this thread. Am so sorry.
Perhaps Logos can look into making the two buttons more discrete.

Mystery solved.
Thankful mystery solved + no apology needed; personally learned magnifying glass disappears when Recent Books selected.

I do find it a little difficult on my new iPad to determine which of Library/Recent books buttons is selected. It could be improved by altering the difference in colour between them.
