hi i am using logos 4 on  my mac and word 2011 was just wondering if there is any tricks when you copy info from logos to word with author note for apa papers so it will pick it up and add to citation list many thanks jeff other wise it takes ages to add

Do you mean footnotes? If so, they should be automatically included when you copy from L4 and paste into Word. You can set the citation style in Preferences (or Program Settings under the Tools menu).
