Repeating a Reading Plan, automatically...

So I have two reading plans in Logos, I want to add a third, no problem, however, I want the third one to automatically set-up the same reading plan automatically.

Specifically, I want to read a chapter of Proverbs everyday and after the month, have the Proverb Reading Plan re-set itself so I do not have to do it manually.

I hear you that I can just input the plan each month and will of course if there is no other solution. I also realize that I do not really need a reading plan to rad a chapter of Proverbs a day - the Logos Reading Plan keeps me accountable in a way to that.

Hi Curtis

I'm not aware of any automatic "loop" facility like you are describing.

However, at the end of one month you should be able to edit the reading plan and reset the start date which should give you what you are looking for with just one change.

Hopefully this will be adequate for what you want.

Option: create a reading plan with range pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr that completes in 372 sessions (31*12 => 372, averages one chapter per day with 12 times reading Proverbs).

huh. i know i said it was easy enough to do, yet I have not been able to do so. I put pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;pr;, choose 372 sessions and the plan it spits out is the book of proverbs over 372 sessions (like a verse or two a day).

Am I missing something? If I can get the above to work, i will then simply do 372 sessions x 3 for the next 3 /12 years rather than inputting a reading plan each month.

Not sure if it matters that I am using Logos 4 Mac?

I have just created such a plan and it gives me one chapter a day

If I just have one instance of Proverbs then I get two-three verses a day.

Can you check you have multiple instances of Proverbs entered?

(PS: I am doing this in Windows but not aware that there are differences here)

I found that if you set this for "Chapter" it only does it for one day. If you set it for pericope it should produce the desired results (more or less)
