I upgraded from "Scholars" to "Platinum" last week (once last chance at the academic discount
). Everything seems to be working fine. My question is actually about the "Downloadable Libronix Files" page in my account. Is there a reason that the individual files from the upgrade are not available to me to download? My "scholars" files are available to download, as are several "add ons." The "platinum" downloads, however, are not listed.
Right now everything is working fine. This is more of a "peace of mind" thing.
It is my understanding that if I "hide" resources, they are taken off my local computer, and to restore them I would go to this page on my account. Is that correct?
