Downloadable Resources
I upgraded from "Scholars" to "Platinum" last week (once last chance at the academic discount 
). Everything seems to be working fine. My question is actually about the "Downloadable Libronix Files" page in my account. Is there a reason that the individual files from the upgrade are not available to me to download? My "scholars" files are available to download, as are several "add ons." The "platinum" downloads, however, are not listed.
Right now everything is working fine. This is more of a "peace of mind" thing.
It is my understanding that if I "hide" resources, they are taken off my local computer, and to restore them I would go to this page on my account. Is that correct?

No. To unhide you go to Preferences, scroll down to the hidden resources, and unhide the ones you want back.

Are you running Logos 3 (aka Libronix) or Logos 4? Some people are running both because of the performance and feature differences.
The manual downloads are for Logos 3. Logos 4 will download all necessary files automatically (or it should--I've had to run the "update resources" command in the past to force it to download resources that I've hidden and subsequently unhidden).

I am running Logos 4 for Mac. Everything is currently working fine. I was exploring my "account" on the website and noticed the ability to download individual files for my original purchase of the "scholars" package, as well as individual "add on's." However, my "upgrade" to "platinum" does not include individual downloads.

Yeah I don't get downloadable files for my package upgrades either. (My original Scholars purchase is too old to show up in the order history).

I don't think those files can be used in L4, So the only real reason you might want them would be to find out the file name of a particular resource.

Concur https://www.logos.com/user/orders page does not list Downloadable Libronix Files for Library Upgrade orders.
For Windows, wiki page KF Resources for Logos 3 has downloadable Libronix update scripts. The Libronix 3 resource files can be copied to Logos for Mac 1.2.2 => http://www.logos.com/product/4504/logos-bible-software-for-mac-122 (which can peacefully coexist with Logos 4 Mac).
