Baker Commnentary on the Old Testament Wisdom Literature and Psalms
A Logos edition of the Baker Commentary on the Old Testament Wisdom Literature and Psalms would be greatly appreciated, either bundled together or made available by individual volumes.

Mark we seem to be tracking on the same frequency. I noticed IVP is reintroducing many of its New Testament Commentary series - with fancy new covers, and it looks like they're working on the Old Testament while they're at it. I agree.

This is a tempting resource. I have the Ecclesiastes in hard copy and it's really good. But I'm kind of hoping it stays in prepub for a while because I'm already going to be working through November to pay off my recent purchases.

Does anyone know if this series is related to or considered a part of the same series as either the Baker New Testament Commentary or the Baker Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament? I would assume the former is probably not but possibly the latter?

This is my opinion, no official knowledge here. I do not think they are considered part of either series. I have hardcovers of the Psalms and Proverbs in BCOTWLP and I think they are of a similar quality to the BECNT (which is why I placed the initial suggestion for them).

BestCommentaries is abbreviating the series as BECOT, implying that this is considered the OT equivalent of Baker Exegetical...but I'm not sure whether it is considered so by Baker or whether it is just an inferrence/assumption/"wishful thinking" on BC's part.
