Help!  I downloaded vyrso and then lots of my library books.  Now I thought I'd continue reading Facade on vyrso.  Alas!  It won't stay open offline for more than a few seconds.  I can't even access my library before it crashes.  I must have spent at least an hour downloading books for offline use.  Can anyone advise me?CryingCryingCrying

Thank you, Dave, for quick and helpful reply.  I shall probably not have access to wifi till Sunday.  Then I shall have to wait till you reply and maybe not have wifi till the next Sunday.  I shall try to geet the logs and send them to you.  Incidentally the Logos App also crashes every few mninutes, but I can use it, so the crashes are irritating rather than crippling.  I have the latest Logos App update and it's no better.

Might it solve the problem if I log out of Vyrso, when online, then log in and download only the books I want to read in the immediate future?  Could I have overloaded it with an excessive download spree?  Maybe I could delete vyrso and reinstall it?  I'll send you the logs anyway, if I can get them - I find iTunes sync difficult, so transfer documents with Dropbox.  But I'll see what I can do with iTunes....

Dave, I've solved it!  I unearthed a wireless router/?modem that I had used when I had wireless internet at home, logged on to a wireless intranet network that someone set up for me, that I had never been able to use, and lo!  Vyrso opened!!!  I'll still try to send you some of the crash logs when my conscience allows me to spend the time working out how to do it (I've wasted lots today getting the intranet going!), as both Logos and vyrso do keep crashing.  I think the problem may have been that it was trying to open a book I'd opened by accident but not downloaded.  I'm so thrilled I can read or vyrso out of doors.  I could on the Logos app, but vyrso is nicer.  Incidentally vyrso allows me to pick out the monographs,  which the Logos app doesn't.

Thank you, and everyone at Logos for all the hard work you put into developing software for us and getting back to us with our problems  [:D]

Yet another problem:  vyrso has gone back several times today to the point at which I opened the book (Facade), several chapters back.  I have to remember or rediscover where I was as the history does not go beyond the point at which I last opened the book.  I still like vyrso, now I have persuaded it to open...
