No downloadable files for resource

What does "No downloadable files for resource" mean?

 

I just bought the E-book Facade, I followed useless instructions which lead me no where.  I can't find out how to download this book.

 

On my order page all it says is "No downloadable files for resource" I haven't received an Email with the download.  Where can I find a place to download the E-Book.

 

can anyone help?

    In what application are you trying to read Facade?

    Logos 4 Windows, Logos 4 Mac, Vyrso, iPad, Android?

    It should work in each - and should download automatically.
