Problem on my Ipad ,please help me.

Some times when I turn on my ipad ,I see the icons of the programs shaking ,and on every one I see "X", but when I restart it the sighns are gone, does it mean there is a defect?, Please help me to find out ,what it is?

Yep, that's it, spot on. No defect, just Apple's way of letting you move icons around. It happens when you hold down on one icon for a few seconds. Either slide the icon to a new place or press the Home key to restore "normality". (and if you slide one icon onto another, you'll create a folder with those two icons therein, but that's another story
