Problem on my Ipad ,please help me.
Some times when I turn on my ipad ,I see the icons of the programs shaking ,and on every one I see "X", but when I restart it the sighns are gone, does it mean there is a defect?, Please help me to find out ,what it is?

Yep, that's it, spot on. No defect, just Apple's way of letting you move icons around. It happens when you hold down on one icon for a few seconds. Either slide the icon to a new place or press the Home key to restore "normality". (and if you slide one icon onto another, you'll create a folder with those two icons therein, but that's another storyI don't have an iPad, but this sounds like the answer to your question

If I understand your question / problem, then no, there is nothing wrong. If you hold down on an icon or folder, they will all start to "jiggle." This allows you to organize or remove apps from your iPad. Clicking on an "x" will remove the program (You can reinstall it via iTunes). To get the icons to stop "jiggling," press the center button at the bottom of the iPad.

Your iPad seems to be working normal. If you click and hold any of your icons, they will begin to vibrate ... allowing you to either delete the app, move them around or create folders. For example, if you have two "NEWS" related apps, then click and hold one of them, creating all icons to jiggle. Now drag one icon on top of the other one and let go. You've just created a folder.
