No, the internal hyperlinks will work in the next beta release.

Ok....??? So to be clear... Based on the Release Notes the Indexer error has been corrected???
I just ask because I just received an email from Tech Support about using only one of the four cores to try to get indexing done. I prefer to not abuse my processor in that way so I just copy the index files over from my desktop, but it would be nice to be able to update resources and have it automatically index without workarounds....
Had to ask because the fix was never mentioned in communication with Tech Support...

It sounds like Tech Support may be working with outdated information (I'll get in touch with them).
Using just one core was a workaround discovered last Thursday (http://community.logos.com/forums/p/35501/275641.aspx#275641); the real fix (that uses all four cores) was released in SR-1 yesterday.
Ignore the workaround instructions and just update to SR-1 to fix this crash.

I haven't gotten this update yet. When I use the command "Update Now," I get a message that their are no updates available.

Do you have your update channel set to "beta" or "stable"?
The SR-1 release was not made available to the beta channel.

I use stable and update now never finds anything for me. I always have to close L4 and reopen it and then it immediately finds what it needs and downloads it. I've waited for days on occasion to see if it will find something on its own, e.g. new resources, upgrades (I thought it was supposed to check every 24 hours but usually nothing happens).

Did SR-1 get released? My system isn't picking anything up and I'm on beta channel.
Thanks

You need to enter:
Set update channel to Stable
in the command box.

I am on the stable channel (since forever), and no SR-1 for 4.3 is being offered. When I type in update now command, Logos crashes (multiple times). I am running on AMD Fusion, so perhaps this is a problem?

It seems that there was a problem with AMD, but Bradley says its fixed with SR-1. Perhaps you can download it with the following link:
