Logos 4 stops working after it is opened

Help please.
I've been using L4 for 18 months or so - on Sunday 20th August I downloaded some updates, however since then I can't open L4. Specifically what happens:
On opening, a number of windows are opened (this is normal), but before Logos 4 fully opens it stops. A small window opens stating that Logos 4 has stopped working and windows is searching for a solution. Nothing is found.
Any ideas? ... Sunday is coming!! Thanks.

Mike, for us to help you capture this crash with some diagnostic logs and then upload them to this thread.

Thanks for the quick response. I've attached all the log files - loos like double-dutch to me!!
The Logos setup file is much older, but I've included it anyway.

Hey Mike, I don't recognize the error in your log file... someone else might
I suggest a reboot and then open Logos to a blank layout (hold down ctrl as you launch it and there is a check box before you sign in)
Other than that if no other forum member steps forward I suggest you give tech support a ring.

Thanks for your help but it didn't help, although this time L4 froze after I'd got a "Preparing your library ... this may take some time" window - which then disappeared!!

L4 works! I opened up L4, it downloaded an update and some resources and it worked!!
