No Integration with Android 2.3.2 OS

My first Logos software came on 3.5 inch disks, so I'm a very long-time user.  This week I purchased my first tablet.  It's operating system is Android 2.3.2.  When I installed the SD today, my first goal was to download the Logos beta for Android.  After I logged into Logos, my tablet recognized all the titles I have purchased.

My problem has to do with the Logos software on the Android.  At this point, I can't get it to do more than act like a nice Kindle reader.  When I open Logos on the Android tablet, I see all of my titles.  If I open one, I can read it very nicely, but I can't seem to get any kind of split screen such as the one I see on the beta version download screen.

I'd really appreciate any help any of you can give me.  I tried uninstalling the Logos software and reinstalling it, but that made no difference.

Help--and thanks,
Joe

    Hi Joseph

If I open one, I can read it very nicely, but I can't seem to get any kind of split screen such as the one I see on the beta version download screen.

As far as I know split-screen functionality isn't available on the Android app yet - it is on the iPhone/iPad.

Is https://market.android.com/details?id=com.logos.androidlogos the download screen to which you are referring? It doesn't show split-screen capability.

I can't get it to do more than act like a nice Kindle reader.

Try "upswiping" on a verse, pressing or "long-pressing" a word to get access to some of the features.

    Hope this helps
