Notes by reference; note icon

Here is a sample of how I use notes - not necessarily real examples but a quicky for testing:

As you can see the first note should refer to Genesis 1:1-2; however, I've not been able to find a way to include more than one verse without ending up with a selection note rather than reference note. What am I missing? [And yes, I do have this thing about using complete sentences.]

Notice that the first note appears to relate to the chapter rather than to the verse in the NAB. In the other versions I have selected, the note appears to relate to the pericope.  The second note has the same quirk as in Logos 3 - it appears to apply to the end of verse 2 rather than the beginning of verse 3. Because we are used to footnotes applying to what precedes rather than what follows, this isn't a model of the computer app using the models the user meets in every day life. It would be clearer to have the box appear immediately before (or after) the verse number.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Good points Martha.  Note alignment on 1:1 is a problem in every chapter.

Hmm Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.
