Book not downloading
The Philocalia of Origen is simply refusing to download. I have never had this problem before. Via Customer Support tried deleting ResourceManager db file which was no use. Understandably he then pointed out I was on beta so tough!
Any ideas?

There's no reason to stay on the beta channel since there is no beta right now.
You can enter set update channel to default to get the latest production service release and see if it fixes things. If not, at least support will help you. Then you can go back to the beta channel when it's fixed.

4.3 has been released for a while now. Switching to the stable channel will actually update you (not revert you), since there have been 3 service releases on the stable channel since 4.3 went live. Service releases don't go to the beta channel for some reason.
4.5 is the next beta, but it hasn't been released yet. (They are skipping 4.4)
