How do we keep the Video backgrounds looping? Right now they play for a short period of time and stop..? Please advise.
The Graceway motion backgrounds (used by Bible and Song service items) should automatically be looping, this is a bug with the media. The external media will be updated by next tuesday.
In the meantime you could upload your own motion background as a video service item and configure it to always repeat.
I am still having this issue. we have a video background play for a little bit...then switch to a still. anywhy to know why, or what to do to resolve this?
