My Vyrso Books are not showing up in my desktop logos library after updating and syncing
I bought several vyrso books yesterday. They were almost immediately available on my iphone logos app but this morning even after downloading an update and syncing, they are not showing up in my desktop library.
Any suggestions or explanations?

Sounds strange - is Logos on your desktop still synching?
What books are these?

Had a similar problem. Tried the update now command without luck, but as soon as i restarted my Logos they downloaded and ware there.

Is there a chance you used a different / new account? Did you use the same email address that is associated with Logos?

Dan, I updated and restarted logos several times. No luck.
Bama, I used the same account. I didn't even have to enter credit card or address. Everything is available on my iphone logos app. They are just not showing up on my desktop.
Hopefully Monday when the company guys come in, they can help me. I was really excited about pulling some of these authors into my logos 4 library. Not sure I would have bought them if that's not possible. I am glad to hear it is working for you. There is hope.

They all show up at Biblia.com but still not on the desktop (running the latest update of L4). Searching the library for ebook produced zero hits.

Yes, it looks like all of my L4 books that show up in my logos app are also showing up in my vyrso app.
All of my vyrso books show up in my logos app and on biblia.com, just not in my logos4 desktop.

You might have mentioned it above and I missed it, but have you tried typing "Update Resources" in the command box?" If you do this does it give you the message "No updates available" at the bottom when it is done?

In case other people are looking for answers to this question in 2015, I had a similar problem. I found that the books that I had purchased seemed to only show up in the Logos 6 desktop application. I had the Logos 5 program installed and wouldn't be able to see anything. After installing the Logos 6 program, updating, and closing out of the program once to restart, all my purchases were available. I'd suggest downloading a different version. I hope that helps

This worked on my Logos 7. Had the books on my phone but not my PC. Typed in Update now in the command prompt and it started downloading the books.
