Please, oh, please. Remove the auto countdown for items that are placed as "pre-service" items. Allow US to decide if we want a countdown or not. If you are going to make it an auto option, allow us the option to turn it off. It's pretty much made that pre-service feature a completely worthless feature for us to use.
