Any video I attempt to upload that is longer than 30 seconds crashes during the "Transcoding" phase.

I am not able to reproduce this error. What kind of video file are you using?
Also, how large (in MB) is the file you're uploading?
If you would, please reproduce that error and attach the proclaim.log file to this thread?

Files are 30-60MBs.
Where do I find that log? Did I not upload the correct one?
There is no error that pops up. Proclaim just shuts down with no error message.

You will find the Proclaim log files at /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Ah. I was writing my response when you posted that. Did you also have a Proclaim.log file in that folder?

I have tried several clips as well, just to test it. They're all AVI, all 2-7 MB, and Proclaim always crashes during transcoding.
What kind of service item are you trying to upload the videos to? Which part of the Presentation is that service item in (Pre-Service, Warmup, Service, Post-Service)?
I was trying to preservice and regular service
