Is there a button I need to check to have the backgrounds looping? The background video just stops after the 30 seconds
What background is not looping for you? The issue with Graceway media should have been resolved a couple betas ago.
We haven't used Graceway media yet, however the background in this song is one we use in mediashout:
In plays well for 30 seconds, but after the 30 seconds are done, it stops moving and becomes a still image.
So you're referring to a motion background uploaded by you or someone in your group? If so you need to be sure to check the loop option during upload. There is currently no way to edit this setting once the video has been uploaded.
