How about multi display support?
Lyrics on a plain screen for the worship leaders while the the "big show" up front has backgrounds etc.
Its possible this feature is here already and I'm just overlooking it?
Thanks!
Proclaim does not support multiple displays. We do have plans for an iPad remote which will have a text-only (high-contrast) view.
That doesn't work for a platform full of people unless you provide iPad for everone at a discounted price. We have invested in our current prompters and can't aford that many iPads.
sounds great. is it possible to follow the entire presentation on the iPad, so that when the operator moves the lyrics forward ... it moves in all the iPads/iPhones that are following it?

Yes, that is how it will work.
I think you're in a catch 22 on this one... Our band/preacher are all already using iPads for PlanningCenterOnline (.com), Music Stand (PCO's iPad app for music), and for sermon notes. You're gonna have a bunch of folks, unlike us, who don't have iPads, and who want the text-only view, and a bunch of folks, like us, who want multi display support for a prompter or back of house screen. Seems to me that a text-only view on iPad is a short-term/cheap fix. Churches (that can afford it) will increasingly be using first-pew monitor and BOH projector/screen for such feedback. I suspect that multi display is more complicated and potentially beyond the scope of Proclaim's ability, and that may be the real rub, but I don't really know enough about the 1s and 0s.
I vote multi display.
I also vote for multi-display support. I know it is probably difficult, but in order for this to fully replace the software that we are currently using, this is important.
Amen! This is perhaps the MAIN issue for whether we use Proclaim. For us (and I'm sure many congregations of any size that use a BOH display of some type), NOT having multi-display support means we have to keep using ProPresenter 4, which is amazing but a very steep learning curve, unwieldy to use, and takes forever to create presentations. It's not at all intuitive compared to Proclaim. The real benefit to Proclaim is collaboration/cloud and ease of setup and training for volunteers. All of this benefit doesn't matter for us if there's no multi-display.
